Ubisoft recently annouced two new DLC packs for their recent smash, Assassin’s Creed 2. While prices have yet to be announced, you can expect the packs to take up a minimum of 1GB of HDD space (not so much of a problem for those with bigger HDDs). Read more
EA have just announced a reboot of the Medal of Honor franchise. Leaving the previous setting of World War 2 in the past, Medal of Honor will instead be set in war-torn Afghanistan. Currently being developed by EALA & DICE (Battlefield: Bad Company, Mirror’s Edge), Medal of Honor is set for release during 2010; however a firm date has yet to be announced. Read more
Microsoft recently announced a new addition to the Avatar Marketplace that is set to go live tomorrow, Avatar Pets. The first wave of pets will include a “Large Dog, Pug Dog, Dog in Bag, Cat, Siamese Cat, Long Haired Cat, Goldfish, Guinea Pig, Monkey, Bird, Snake and [...] a Pony.” Read more
This week a single XBLA title will land on the Xbox Live Marketplace in the form of Call of Duty Classic. If you do not have a free download code (which came with the special edition versions of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2), then Call of Duty Classic will set you back 1200 MS points.
